Similar to a rinse-out shampoo, your hair and scalp will primarily need root application for fresh, clean results. However, our Perfect hair Day™ Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo can be applied throughout the lengths of your hair for an overall refresh if you’d like.

Perfect hair Day™ Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo can be used on most hair types. For thicker, coarser hair, section more thoroughly upon application. The amount of Perfect hair Day™ Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo depends on your hair type and the amount of oil, sweat and odor in the hair. It’s best to do one thorough sweep, wait 30 seconds, shake out activated powders, then apply more as needed.

White residue from the cleansing powders is normal and expected — especially if you have dark hair. To remove the powder, massage hair with fingers and/or a brush. A boar’s bristle brush will be the most efficient in removing residue. If powder remains, use a blow dryer to remove the excess.

Apply Perfect hair Day™ Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo as directed, but instead of massaging with fingers or brushing through the hair, we recommend using a blow dryer on low (focusing on the roots) to remove activated powders. The force of the air will eliminate residue, while keeping curls intact.

Using our Perfect hair Day™ Advanced Clean Dry Shampoo in between washes means that you can wash and style less frequently lowering the exposure to these damaging events ultimately improving hair health over time.
